MicMyDay downloads GGUF conversions supplied by ggml-org: huggingface.co/ggml-org/parakeet-GGUF. These convert the original model format, and the Q8_0 build also quantizes its weights. MicMyDay does not train or further modify the downloaded weights. The conversion repository labels its own work MIT; the original NVIDIA weights remain subject to their CC BY 4.0 terms. No endorsement by NVIDIA or ggml-org is implied.
